I have two mikrotiks in two different locations. I wish to create an aggregated link of 500mbps speed between the two using 5 x 100mbps speed radios.
How could I achieve this?
Secondly, what are your thoughts on filtering traffic per link, for example, all torrent downloads use Link1, all http use link2 and so on.

I don’t believe you are Abel to find enough free spectrum to do this!
And buying 5x Mikrotik links, then you are Abel tu buy one link who can deliver 500MBit directly
What type of link will deliver 500mbps? Are you positive that it will be the same price as buying 5 x ptp radios?
I don’t want to crush your dreams, but, unless you are living in the middle of the desert, you will struggle with your project of multiple PtP links from A to B.
Many people here might help you finding the best solution, but if you are willing to invest a lot of time and do not expect the solution working 100% of the time, I suggest you to try yourself.
It’s a recipe for failure, but you will learn a lot about interferences, spectrum frequencies, adjacency and so on that will help for the future links where you will need 99% reliability and you will buy a licensed (or unlicensed high freq) wireless kit.
