Best way to replicate all configuration

I am deploying the same setup to different site. The only items that would change would be the identity name of the device

What is the best way to replicate all configuration settings from one Mikrotik device (I am using RB1100 for all my sites) to another site? (Quickly cut and paste configuration onto new devices to rollout)

I notice export keeps some MAC address which causes issues when restoring that configuration. What specific setting can’t be scripted/copied? For example, can capsman configuration be replicated (keys and certs will be different per device, will they be generated automatically?)

I do want to reopen this thread in order to solve my current case. We want to replicate an existing setup into a standby HW instances of the same product type. We fully understood that the backup feature is meant to be used when restoring the configuration to the same hardware unit. So how can we achieve the same using an RSC file and a system reset?
