Best wireless setup for LAN

Hello
just a question:
LAN:
1x Central router MT Hap 2/5Ghz with 20mhz channels., AP-BRIDGE mode

We have some desks with one IT operator on it. Each desk has a Hap AC2 in STA-BRIDGE mode and it gives connection by cable to a VOIP Yealink phone, and a PC connected to the Hap AC2.

802.11 protocol is used everywhere.

Idea:

What is the best scenario for having a super stable wireless ?
We have only one AP.
If I set the AP in wireless protocol ANY, I can both connect STA (phones etc with 802.11 plain), and desks with maybe NV2 or NSTREME.

what is the best suggested scenario?

IT operator workstations and Voip phones connected via Wifi… Is cabling it definitely out of the question?

Yes. Out of question.

I have made some.nv2 test with 2ms frame size and it appears to work fine
