snmp is not detecting intefaces on some non mikrotik devices, and on others that are detected, it shows 0 bps/0 bps all the time…
also, in beta 15 everything was working ok…
It would be very helpful in solving these problems if we could get SNMP access to such devices. Or at least get ethereal capture file with captured SNMP walk.
how can I help you? would dude web access help you? or I can snmp redirect port 161 to some of this devices?
we need to do snmpwalk on that device. maybe you could redirect (NAT) 161 port (UDP) and send the real IP address to support@mikrotik.com
I’m also confirm this bug - for sample, dude sometimes not detecting some interfaces on linux hosts with net-smnp package installed and shows zero values of traffic on detected interfaces. If needed, I can give SNMP access to this host for MT support.
