Hello
For P2P and PMP i would like to use RB433AH with mini pci but i ake me if it won’t be better to choose RB800 motherboard. in my side the only problem is i could have many connexion on th AP i would like to do?
Thank you for the answer
The RB-433AH is an excellent board, no doubt about it, and the RB-800 is definitely more powerful. So the real question is, what is the right amount of Router Board for your application? How many APs will be present and what type of traffic will it have on it? If those connections to the AP (assuming one AP) are going to be relatively low bandwidth then the RB-433AH will do a great job. There are a lot of arguments about how many customers you can put on any given configuration, but ultimately every network is just a little bit different. I have a hotpot at one RV park which is using an RB-433AH and a R-52Hn for the AP. It services the entire park. That router board never gets maxed out…never even comes close. However I have one another system in place at a college that would probably be maxed out continuously if there were not an over abundance of micro-cells. Both networks have similar hardware, but the usage at one is dramatically different than the other. Both of them are successful because of how there are deployed.
