Better way to do SSL Certs?

Im wondering if there is a better way to do the following. Im not up to 100% on SSLs so hoping so.

I have a Ubuntu server that I created ssl key on and then registered with SSL cert provider.

I then took the cert and the key and copied them to my tik and applied. This then allowed me to turn off http for management and only use https.

Now here we are a year latter and I had to renew the certs. Now it looks like I have to copy my ssl back down to the tik and import all over again.

Is there a better way that I dont have to go through this process each time I have to renew?

Thank you

There was some way how to use external server to get certificate from Let’s Encrypt and then automatically upload it to router using API, I think. I don’t have link, but I’m sure you’ll find it. So either use that, or just part of it as inspiration, if you get certificate from someone else.
