I have been fighting a setup in my lab for a good few hours now trying to get Equal-cost multi-path routing (ECMP) working with BGP.
Is this an option on RouterOS at this time?

Yes, RouterOS can ECMP up to 128 paths. Because BGP in RouterOS does not support ECMP, you must use loopbacks for peering and static routes or OSPF to get ECMP with BGP.
