i tried to make a bgp session between two RouterOS (3.28) but it seems that the bgp daemon is not listening on the ipv6 address(es). I get a “Connection refused” when it tries to connect to the neighbor.
Maybe a bug?

Ensure that you have the ‘routing-test’ 3.28 package installed and that the ‘routing’ 3.28 package is either uninstalled from your router or disabled.
Reboot the router and then try your BGP IPv6 session again…
