BGP Loadbalancing over two interfaces

Is this guide valid for v7 ? I want to loadbalance over eBGP using this guide: https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:BGP_Load_Balancing_with_two_interfaces . If any new guide is available the please share the link.
