What’s mean this log ?:

10:11:09 route,bgp,info Failed to open TCP connection: Operation now in progress
10:11:09 route,bgp,info RemoteAddr=PEER_ADDRESS
10:11:09 route,bgp,info RemotePort=179

without seeing more of the log I am guessing tcp/179 is not allowed between the peers, or the remote peer is not allowing you to connect. Sometimes you will see 5-10 of those though and it will then connect up fine later.

Changeip, the bgp peer is active …

Into Remote Peer:

#sh ip bgp sum

This is a Cisco Router and debugging don’t have any log about BGP errors or not connections.
