why network 203.191.43.0/24 can't advertise to my peer. the i change my configuration like this :

the 203.191.43.0/24 being advertised to my peer now, it's seem mikrotik only can advertise 5 list network. is there any can verify this?any suggest......
also i have problem when advertise new blok ip to peer, the peer router and my mikrotik must be
clear bgp or reset bgp peer before it can work.
