Hi all,
First time posting.
I have a current topology of 2 central BGP “servers” and around 80 peers running RouterOS version 6.
I would like to ask:
- What is the smoothest way to transition to version 7 RouterOS. My current plan is to upgrade first all the peers to v7 and leave the two servers last.
- On my tests, when I advertise a network (eg. 10.0.10.0/24), my VRRP interface address gets advertised as well. How can I avoid that? The reason I am asking is when I have RouterOS v7 on one side and RouterOS v6 on other side, I get two separate routes - one for the whole network 10.0.10.0/24 and one for VRRP 10.0.10.254. I don’t want the VRRP interface IP advertisement.
- Note: The address list I am advertising is 10.0.10.0/24.
