bgp session reset on every peer setting change

Hi,

at the moment I am testing Mikrotik devices for our ISP network.
We try to integrate some CCRs as PE Router for full 550k prefixes.

Unfortunately there is a very serious reason why we cannot use these devices on this position.
I’ve noticed that the peering session will be reset, if you make any change on its settings.

Prefix Filter / Route Map, Comment, hello / dead timer, … or even no change will lead to a reset if you press ‘OK’ or ‘Apply’.

Is there a way to change prefix filter settings without such a reset?

No, because instead of writing code that determines when various changes require routes to be withdrawn/asserted, etc…
