Internet Price has reduced, IIG has increased, Now every ISP need BGP with very high load capacity mikrotik router. Some Brand server has tested for BGP with one router for BDIX and 3 or more IIG.
Please share your problems doing BGP with one router / Brand PC based mikrotik router.
I think it’s time to use CCR
Regarding the CCR , putting in beta level software and hardware into a high bandwidth and high usage environment is a recipe for tears.You are much better off for time being using a Dell boxes with an older version of ROS until ROS 6 matures.
MikroTik has not tested any Dell 1U servers, but we have put thousands of man-hours of testing into CCR.
