BGP4 with RouterOS Licence Level 3

Hi Board,
I’d liked to play around a little with BGP4 on some x86 Hardware and Level 3 Licence. But everytime I try to add a new BGP4 Instance in 4.17 I’m getting the message: “Couldn’t add New BGP Instance - current licence does not support”.

On mikrotik.com and the webpage of my Mikrotik Distributor is BGP4 support in Level 3 listed … mhmmm? Who’s wrong: Me, licence description or 4.17?
