binding problem

Went through this before but no solution. On almost all of my routers 411ah (in the AP’s), using 4.0 or highers, the bindings seem to freeze up. My monitoring systems (OPENNMS) shows the routers as down and I can’t telnet to the router until I disable the binding, then enable the binding. I do these two steps through the main router. This happens at all three locations (several routers) that I have and only happens after I put in a new router. Configuration is same as older AP’s. Just to let you know, those AP’s are working as far as the customer is concerned. I can be on site, login to the ap, then go to OPEN which will show that it is down.

There could probably be some setting related problem or IP related. Even if checked well, have a recheck.
