So earlier today I had a customer at their premise try to reset a box for me over the phone, they instead seemingly wanted to reset multiple UPS’s instead of the requested router for me. They flipped multiple ones saying “they weren’t sure” … while I was quite clear to only power cycle one completely separate device.
Well everything else is sorted but one detail, the bitrate on the traffic monitor in Dude is only showing traffic in the bites, not normal at all for about half of the devices in the network map.
Figure I just need to re enter some data, but I really don’t want to go through each customer.
Running 4.0beta2 on XP, anyone else experience anything like this? Not too familiar with Dude as it was previously setup by another technician.
Any info is greatly appreciated.
