Dear Mikrotik team,

i just bought Blackberry Z10 and i try to connect with hotspot of mikrotik
it can’t, i try to connect with other network is ok
and my network also ok when i use other devices

my mikrotik router 750GL and my access point is enginuis EAP600

do you know why?

please clarify this issue with more detail

  1. Did you connect to the WiFI AP at all?
  2. Did you see the hotspot login page in browser?
  3. Did you log in, or not?
  4. Was there any error?

it could not even connect to AP, but i can connect to other ap
now i got the solution is i change my ap to 802.11 g because it not suport 802.11 n :frowning:
