Block all "Internet Connections" Into my Router but allow "Internet Connections" out to Internet to Stop Trojans ???

I have one question I would like to ask.

\

  1. My ISP Network is this - 203.116.0.0-203.118.63.255 and 124.155.192.0/19
  2. I would like all PC from the my Router to be able to surf the Internet.
  3. I would like to block all Trojan or Malware Connections from the Internet into the Router and ultimately to the PC’s
  4. How can I do this ?

Can I try the following :

  1. Set the Source Address to my ISP’s Network like below configuration ?
  2. Will this configure my Router such that all INPUT Traffic from the INTERNET into my Router is Dropped ?
  3. Will this block/drop all Trojan or Malware Connections from the Internet into the Router and protect all my PC’s ?

Firewall Filter
Chain = Forward
Source-Address = 203.116.0.0-203.118.63.255 and 124.155.192.0/19
Action = Drop

Hope to hear from you soon.

Thank you and regards.
