I want to Block all websites except a few for some users and allow other to browse all net

I can’t do it for my issue
Just i want to do :
1-Block all web sites except 30 for 10 users
2-Redirect which blocked to my company site
3-allow all web sites for another 5 users
I tried to use firewall .. layer7 .. web proxy .. but i faild 
You want to allow 30 websites for 10 users and give unlimited access to 5? what of other users? what wil they be doing on ur network?
Is it possible to seperate them using ip address, if yes, you can create firewall rule with the ip’s.
you will use webproxy access to redirect all users to ur company website.

2.Transparent proxy. Can be transparent and regular at the same time
3.Access list by source, destination, URL and requested method
4.Cache access list (specifies which objects to cache, and which not)

This for example if i have 15 user on my network

Web proxy worked with one IP not for a list
so in this case i will make 30 record for every IP - as dst.address for websites -
at final i will have more than 300 record ???
I have web proxy setup right now restricting different vlans blocking entire ranges. 192.168.3.0/24 for example.

I enabled web proxy and deny one IP for dst.address . but it still browse every thing 
and i can’t login to winbox until restarting the routerboard !!!
Try denying all that is NOT your allowed ones. See if that works.
Same thing web proxy doesn’t work at any case

1-if you want to put an ip address that you don’t wanna to add this rule to him(with the ! mark)
2-the URL that you want to BLOCK
3-if you want to block a pic. or a type of file
4-you know it for sure.
5-put the url you want to redirect the user to it ,when the user opend a website or a pic that you blocked.
if you want to redirect the user to a page in the server just add the address of it.for example:
(your-servers-name).net/hotspot/access_blocked.html

That is working for me. Anything I block gets blocked.

Just block the IP range and do it 10 times.
