I’m trying to block youtube application cuz many users use it on their mobile phones.
i tried layer 7 and web proxy to block youtube. its work but on browsers. users can open youtube application easy peasy!
any idea?
Because it use another port to connect to, in our country we use this (benefit 
) to bypass the blocked website e.g youtube

Create an access point on a Mikrotik router. Connect you phone and use the Youtube app.
Meanwhile, use torch and/or the packet sniffer (in conjunction with https://www.wireshark.org/) to analyze the traffic.
That should give you plenty of information to get on with trying to block it.
