Block KerioVPN in layer7

i wanna know how to block kerioVPN in layer7
i know i can drop udp port 4090
but clients can change server’s listen port

i think L7 in not a always working feature , a simple encryption cause nothing to match wit your query.
i suggest you to block IP addresses, but they could be hundreds !!
