am thinking if some1 can make rules to catch mac scanner then block his first mac address that registered by in network .
the idea is catch first device mac address that using scan app and block his mac in firewall by prevent forward data , and everytime he change his device mac then try to start scan then block his device again.
i think some1 made some rule that can catch who is using scanner app but i need another rule that can block device first mac address
