Hi, i am new in mikrotik, where i can block smtp ports ? I want to avoid that any machine except server can send emails. i did this but didnt work, it blocks server too.

You have four rules that accept ports, followed by four rules that drop ports, which will never be executed because they have already been accepted.
Get rid of the accept rules, and to each of the drop rules you have, add the term:
dst-address=!ADDR
where ADDR is the IP address of your permitted server.
Screenshot doesn’t show rules with their whole definition. Please post textual export (run /ip firewall export in terminal window and post the output).
