I wanted to know for an script that allows me to inform a certain user of the net, that they have the service blocked especially by some cause (don’t pay, as example) I am using mk as Hotspot.

no scripts needed, use a DST NAT rule to redirect all port 80 requests to some webserver which shows this message

I have done this to redirect to web server i have set up for this. It works fine as long as I manually move the NAT rule above all the dynamic hotspot rules. The issue I have is on system reboot the NAT rule is again placed below the hotspot dynamic rules and I have to login to each and every box and manually move my redirect rule back above the dynamic ones.
Perhaps I am doing this wrong and but some clarification to prevent this would be nice.
