Block sites by list using Layer7 Protocol

Hello,
I have a UIAS RB2011 and would like to know if it is possible to block websites using a single list of blocked sites in the Layer7 Protocol?
Example:

List Name: Sites_Blocked
Within this list I would type the sites that I want to block.

example:

Facebook
youtube
orkut

I did this, but it only blocks the first one on the list, in this case fabook

Sorry I did not quite understand, I’m new to Mikrotik and if possible could I show some graphical screen of those rules in the firewall?
