Is there a way to totally block torrent using the mentioned router OS version.
If not, can we apply download limit for torrent traffic only.

You could go quite aggressive :
ā Deny any inbound traffic not part of client-initiated sessions. (but with exceptions that are applicable for your environment, like dns,ntp,smtp,ā¦) and if you host external public services etc.
ā Only allow 80 & 443 outbound (and offcourse DNS,NTP,SMTP etc)
It is not so easy to get this under control by only looking at port-numbers etc.
You should first make an good analysis of what normally your traffic-flows contain. Depending on the size of your environment this can vary from simple to very complex.
