block traffic rule based on address-list

im using pppoe with vlan10
dhcp with vlan20

in modem i separated the ip of pppoe and voice(pbx server)
pppoe 10.10.10.0/24
voice-dhcp 20.20.20.0/24

PROBLEM
*theres a voice even i kick or disable the user in pppoe
*i like to disable the voice if i kick the user in pppoe

i have made a firewall rule which looks like this
chain=forward action=drop src-address-list=pppoe-kick dst-address-list=voice

So you have no LAN?? just ppoe wan and voice WAN?

i have pppoe server sir
pppoe server is 10.10.10.0/24
my pbx server is 192.168.162.2
and for voice is 20.20.20.0/24

i want to drop the pppoe the voice should also be dropped
