block websites allow only three

how can i block all websites exept the ones that i want to allow for example i want to bllok all trafic for a specific ip but i want the computer to access only http://www.hotmail.com , yahoo , gmail cuz i need them for mailing

src-address=xxx.xxx.x.x/32 (user)action=accept to-dst-address=68.142.226.37
src-address=xxx.xxx.x.x/32 (user) action=nat to-dst-address=xxx.xxx.x.x to-dst-port=80

Hi,
You can configure Transparent Webproxy,
add three rule in Access

dst-host=www.hotmail.com action=allow
dst-host=www.yahoo.com action=allow
dst-host=www.xyz.com action=allow

and the last rule will be

action=deny

This rules say that the it allows only first three sites, rest will be droped
