Is there anyway we can prevent windows client to see each other computer?

if you want to stop netbios … in explorer not to see …
via firewall block port 135-137 udp and tcp …
if you want to stop them even be able to ping … you must must default-forward=no and write firewall rule where src and dst are ip range of that network …
