block windows update with mikrotik

is there a way to block users from getting to windows update?

i dont have the smartest people in the world (what else is new) and the problem is they complain about slow internet when infact windows update is doing its thing in the background and slowing the connection thats already not so fast.

i have tried to reject through firewall.. but its not working


main problem is wit windows 10 updates.


please help me or atlest reply to this post
