Can I block YouTube based on the usage duration of a particular user(mac address)? Like something a child control/parental control so that the user can get only 5-6 hours of YouTube time. A time-based implementation is already in place but seems not adequate.

Hey @anav thank you for dropping by. Kid control is nice, with lots of granular control. But, only schedule-based. But, it needs to be randomized. Since you are here, will you please clarify what people do to block modern devices that come with random mac addresses(android, iOS)?
