Greetings. Tell me how to deny access to the WI-FI network to devices that are not in the list of allowed devices in the Access List. In the “old” capsman, it was possible to include a forbidding rule at the end of the list, and in general this was enough…How do I do this with Wave 2?.
If I understood correctly, is it possible to add a device only either from Quick Set or knowing the mac address of the device manually by adding an entry to the Acces List, or is there another way?
Set a default password for the SSID that you give to no one.
Then use ACL to give a specific MAC a password.
That “should” do it.
It turns out that access control is possible only through a password to a WI-FI network and blocking and control by mac address is impossible..
