Blocking of users to the mac-address in half an hour uptime.

Hi all,

I have one Access Point NanoStation2, she connected to my RouterBoard 450 in second interface. RB is dhcp-server. NanoStation2 distributes the internet to wi-fi clients (Visitors of shopping centre). I should block these clients in half an hour to the MAC-address.
Whether it is possible to make it means Mikrotik?

As I have understood is it is possible to adjust by means of Hotspot. I use Winbox, what to enter in Ip> Hotspot> Server Profiles> General> Hotspot address???
