Blocking specific website for particular range of ips

Hi Everyone,

Really, Is someone has a idea to block a website www.youtube.com for particular range of ips in the network. Now I can able to block this website for the entire network. This is not enough for my office.
Some of them want to look. So I can block only for specific range example the 192.168.0.161-180.
Others can watch.

Last one week seriously surfing the web and didn’t find any solution.

Please help me who done already.

If so, did you implement the address lists as suggested in that thread? Can you post your configuration of what you did to make the proxy work here?
