Is possible block all video streaming with only one rule? , because in the present I have some rules (web-proxy) to block specific sites like youtube, video.google. video.aol, etc… But every day I found a new traffic of video streaming

no, because there is no specific “video streaming traffic” type. each of these sites uses another technology. it is not possible to block everything with one rule.
but p2p uses different technologies too, and may be blocked by 1 rule 
there are not so many p2p technologies, as there are streaming sites

Yeah is very difficult block all streaming traffic anyway I’m blocking some popular sites (youtube, video.google, etc) and 
for now the streaming traffic is less
