SOME ONE PLEASE HELP ON THESE ISSUES
AND CAN SOME ONE POST A PDF ON HOW TO USE WINBOX ?
Does this mean that none of the 4 routerboards are working for you?
You didn’t offer much information in your post concerning your setup. I have have not misunderstood your post, then it sounds more like a setup issue. You need to enable the interfaces and set them up with the settings you want e.g. address, DHCP, etc. This you can all do in winbox.
to use winbox. Just run the program and use the mac addr to connect if no IP has been assigned to the interface. Click on the … next to the “connect to” line and you should see the mac addr and IP for your connection to the routerboard.
I hope I have not misunderstood the message in your post and that this is relevant for you.

it ons but the lan port doesn t work for me to log in to
you can configure board via serial interface too, to check the board has booted up. 133c and 411 should have a speaker and at boot it makes single beep and at successfully booting you must hear double beep.
and of course LANs can be dead. often problem for mikrotik.
what do i do now that the lan is dead configure through serial but then later on when its on my network can i login remotely and chnge settings
It may not be a hardware issue. I think the purpose would be to logon through the serial interface to reconfigure - alternatively reinstall the router if needed in order to make the ether port work again.

ok i got the serial cable that goes in the board and then connect into the lan rj45 but what are dial up settings on hyperterminal to logon to the board
