Bonding and NIC teaming

I have server supermicro with two nic, os windows server 2012 r2.
Nic on this server config for LACP and connect to ether1 and ether2 Mikrotik CRS125-24G-1S-RM.
ether3 - master port
ether4-ether23 - slave port
ether24 and sfp - WAN port
I create bonding with ether1 and ether2, 802.3ad for my supermicro server.
After, i create bridge with two port: bonding and ether3 (master)
When i copy big file from supermicro server to other pc, connected to any port from ether4-ether23, CPU load to 90%.

how to create bonding with maximum performance and switch logic ?

LACP with Hardware for the CRS has not been implemented into the software yet, as such the only LACP support for the CRS is with the CPU and the limitation on the CPU performance make such a config worse than a single non teamed interface on the hardware.

My advice until the LACP is created using hardware is to put the port back on the switch function and perform switch independent teaming in server 2012R2. Thus making data reads from the server capable of higher bandwidth access whilst still maintaining 1 Gb/s writes to the server
