We have two iscsi redundancy storage servers, installed OS Debian 6.0, which are connected one to one (internal network) using bonding balance-rr to synchronize storage data between them.
Using bond 2x1 GB/s and we can generate about 1.7-1.8 Gb/s speed.
We want to create a such bond between virtual kvm hosts and storages using some sort of switch/router to accomplish such configuration.
I want to ask can we create a such configuration if we use RouterOS routerboard device. Because if we use some linux machine as router and created bonding for each connected nodes we can route traffic to destination node and generate 1.7-1.8 Gb/s speed. This is expensive, difficult and unstable to accomplish a such schema and we look for some other solution.
