I had setup bonding:
mikrotik version: 2.9.43 l4 WISP
first machine:
3.2Ghz P4 512DDR2 , internal LAN , 2x XR5 ap-bridge , static wds
bonding1 - slaves wds-1 /wlan1/ , wds-2 /wlan2/
mode balancing rr
second machine:
3.2Ghz P4 512DDR2 , internal LAN , 2x XR5 station-wds
bonding - slaves wlan1 , wlan2
mode balancing rr
Antennas: 1.5m dual feedhorn
signal strength:
wlan1 = -62
wlan2 = -71
The questions is:
when set to mode balancing rr maximum throughoutput is 16/17Mbps
single direction.
when set to anything else/I haven’t tested broadcast/ just with one card I got 40-45Mbps TCP real speed / tested with iperf / and 50-55Mbps UDP real speed /tested with iperf/. * both cards get upto 40-45Mbps bandwidth.
Why can’t I get for example 60-80 bandwidth with balancing rr and instead I got 1/4 of the bandwidth using that feature of bonding.
Is there someone who successfully had setup bonding? / nstreme dual is not an option I must got over 50Mbps in single direction/
