Hi one RB411 start with the first beep but the second never arrives and it’s impossible to login with Winbox. I try to reset the RB via hardware http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/MikroTik_Password_Recovery but it doesn’t work. Is possible that it’s damages,

That mean your RB BIOS is ok, but RouterOS is corupted. Use serial nulmodem connection to check and reinstall RouterOS via Netinstall
