I manage a network with about 800 clients and 29 pops. I’m currently having a bottleneck issue at one pop and I am not sure on how to resolve it. The boss is out of town and i really need to get this fixed but have exhausted all my options aside from replacing any equipment. Can anyone help

What kind of bottleneck? Network layout? number of customers?
