Brand new 750 help needed

I’ve got a Routerboard 750 that I am struggling just a bit with and need some assistance. It’s currently connected to my cable modem and pulls a DHCP address just fine, and I’m able to browse the internet from anything connected to port 2 (which I set a static address of 192.168.10.2)

My question is how do I port forward things on this router? For example, to be able to SSH to the router itself from the internet, winbox access from the WAN side, and open up all ports to go to port 2? (port 2 is currently connected to another router which is handling all of my firewall duties @ 192.168.10.1)

I found this page: http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/NAT_Tutorial, but in the examples provided he is using a static IP on the WAN side, mine will be dynamic.

What would be the best approach to accomplish what I am trying to do?
