Bricked one of my HEX during 6.33rc33 testing

hi!
once i flashed 6.33rc33(AFAIR) to test its mostly ~ okay.
until disabled my Eth 1(used to b WAN port) interface in winbox. and device disconnect, reboot and failed to boot again.
its shown in NetInstall, selectable but after i select it, select packages and click install - nothing happens after “sending offer” message(that usually happen before progress and reboot). status of device changed in same time to from “Ready” to “Installing” and then back to “Ready” after ~2seconds after “sending offer” message above “install”(& “cancel”&“netinstall”&“make floppy”)buttons

if any way to fix that ?
i guess that issue specific for combination of 3.27 bootloader and HEX board.
(and/or bootloader has coorupted in rc33 of 6.33).
does netinstall (or PXE) require anything else ? like NETBIOS support enabled or SMB/CIFS support turned back ? tftp features maybe ? or its completely working standalone over bare IP stack ? (no anything aside “IPv4” enabled and no services running aside it).

any idea, anyone ?
cuz its prefectly seen by netboot, so bootloader and hardware is alive and recoverable, i guess.
so my guess is something preventing netinstall from working properly on my side and since i had no idea what it need to properly work, aside IPv4 - still unable to use it.

found netinstall to be incompatible with win8, win8.1. and win10
