I have updated RB750Gl to 5.7 and have managed to update firmware to 2.36.
I only configured interfaces and setup PPTP client to connect to my ISP.
My router become unresponsive, after that I checked cpu
so i have decided to downgrade again, after few attemts RB stopped responding at all.
i can’t connect via winbox, no iP no MAC address.
Pressing reset bottom does do anything.
I also tried jumper method.
ACT led isn’t flashing.
Netinstall wiki is very confusing because of serial port references.
Pressed reset for several minutes nothing showed up in netinstall.
What should I do?

Net install to 5.7. Start net install on your PC, and hold the button on 750 while plugging it into power until the light goes off, then release the button and it will start the process.

How long do I have to hold it? I tried holding for several minutes but light stays on.(it doesn’t even flash)
Did you start holding it before you plugged it in? The light will flash then go off. Keep trying it, this is the only way you can fix it.

Yes, did. I press and hold reset, while plugging in power supply. I know that act light should start blinking, but it doesn’t and lights never go off.
You should probably contact support@mikrotik.com and get an official answer.

So I assume that my RB just passed away.
Contact support or your reseller before you give up on it.
