Bridge & Bandwidth limiter problem

I already install mikrotik v2.8.22 for bridging my 2 interface.. the purpose is for limiting bandwidth for my user, I already set the Simple queue to 50000 bits/s, for ftp it work fine but when I try to use the web browser seems like to slow..

I need some setting suggestion or what should I do. any suggestion would be appreciated.

Already Got it... sigh... I don't see 'How to' in the PDF manual.. but it's available online... why don't put it in the PDF also

You’ve limited the customer to dialup modem rates and the speed seems slow? Well, yeah, 50Kbps is slow given the number of huge images and flash based ads sites insist on using these days.

Or did you mean to type something besides 50Kbps?
