i would like your help to analise and fix the following situation.
i have installed a x86 Server which is working very well, expect for the Bridge setup:
The Network is something like this:
ISP/Internet <-----> Modem <------> ether3: (gateway)RouterOSBox:(dhcp-server)Bridge <--------->LAN
I have bridged two ports (ether2 & ether3),
And the devices attached to both ports can get the correct DHCP information (ip/mask/gw/dns) but only the ones connected to the ether2 can go to internet. i have enabled (ip-firewall=yes use-ip-firewall-for-pppoe=yes use-ip-firewall-for-vlan=yes )
and still not working, I have been searching for a solution and not find it yet.
It seems the router can’t take traffic back to the ether3
can someone please explain me what’s happening and how to fix it.

thank you for jumping to my assistance,
i have done what suggested and the issue remains,
they both get the same IPs they had, since the the lease time is still valid on the DHCP,
but now the one who was going to internet can’t even ping to the gateway (the Bridge adaptor ip address),
and other (who switched the port also) can now surf without any issue.
I did try to ping the hosts from the router, but without success to that port, all firewall is disabled on the devices.
Hard to say. Would you like to remove the configuration and reset the rb? Maybe there is something wrongly set… Are the clients windows machines? If so, remove the network configuration from registers and restart. Maybe you have configured the addresses to port and not to bridge…
