Bridge + Queues not working

Hello,

I have a RouterBoard 150 setup as a bridge doing traffic shapping using the firewall mangle and queues functionality.

Under 2.9 everything is working great, but once I update the unit to 3.0RC1, no traffic passes through the queues.

I have tried everything I can think of, including simplifying the setup to be with no mangle involved and a single Simple Queue setup to catch all traffic, and it still sees no traffic.

I have tried this on another box (a generic i386 machine) and had the same trouble, yet a 2.9 version on the same box also worked fine.

I have also setup a fresh box using the default settings and only setting it up as per the guide at http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/TransparentTrafficShaper and had no luck, yet under 2.9 using the guide, it worked as expected.

Is this a bug with 3.0? Has anyone else had similar trouble, or am I doing something wrong?

I have logged this via support@ as I have gone over it again, and I cannot seem to get it working using the same method I used under 2.9, or any other method.

I just got a reply to my ticket which was submitted only minutes ago, thanks Sergejs :slight_smile: which suggested I make sure use-ip-firewall is set to yes under bridge settings. I have not come across this setting before, is this new to 3.0? and does it default to no?, if so I suspect this might be my problem, I will give it a whirl tomorrow at work.
