I hope you can help me with this.
I have 2 Mik routers as Mik-home and Mik-work. The Mik-work connect to a router that I have no authorized access through some switch. The Mik-home connect directly to internet through PPPoE. Now I want to access my work network through my home pc as if my home pc is the local pc at my office.
Please show me how. Thank you. Text of config would be great.

you should config pppoe on modem then connect modem and your pc in home and mik-home to same switch
you should create bridge in two router and add ether1 and wlan1 in it in two router mikrotik

yeah, good point. usually management(let alone ITsec guys and generi admins)had frown stance on VPN-ing from home for most employers to installations/offices, except say management or beancounters.
generally its sane to ask your admin/networker to help you if thats not case and thats tolerated/allowed(in few companies - even welcomed aswell as telecommuting and partially working from home)
i know how I would do it - But I am guessing that you do not have permission from your work to do this.
If you do, then you should ask your sysadmin for guidance.
