I followed this tutorial → http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:BCP_bridging_(PPP_tunnel_bridging) to setup a bridged Layer 2 VPN tunnel without using EoIP. I have MTU and MRU set to 1460 on both ends and MRRU set to 1600.
Throughput on the VPN is terrible 0.2 MBit/s. When I re-configure the link to be layer 3, I get over 20 MBit/s down and 2 MBit/s up.
Any help would be appreciated on this.
